Returns and Refund Policy
- Returns: – Customer needs to raise the return request on manasa@ecohindu.com within 2 days from the date of delivery. He/she also needs to share the product images with valid reason mentioned in the email.
- Refunds: – Once the request is successfully processed cost of the product will be refunded back to your given account details within 12 working Days. For order those are Cash on delivery the customer will get refund within 15 Days.
- Customer needs to mention invoice number, order number or any related details in the email.
- Items should be unused and packed in original packing with price labels and tags attached to it.
